Returns

Thank you for choosing O Sh! We trust your order brings you the highest satisfaction. However, should it not fully meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. 

Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please contact us right away so we can address the issue and resolve it for you.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know when the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@osh.jewelry.
